Planview Application Specialist
Fully RemoteOur Fortune 100 client is looking for a Planview Configuration Specialist to work with the PMO, vendor, and project team members to build and configure Planview ProjectPlace, a Strategic Project Management Solution. The candidate willl be responsible for providing system design recommendations and approaches along with administration and configuration of the application. In this role, you ll configure environments, manage data migrations, design scalable standards, and deliver reporting insights with Power BI.
This is a fully remote position but candidates must live and work within the 48 contiguous states and work during core business hours of Eastern Time Zone. Our client is an industry leader with a large, cutting edge IT shop and great work culture.

Required:
– Analysis and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data from various sources to determine next steps.
– Organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects and/or assignment simultaneously
– Excellent listening, verbal and written communications skills with the ability to translate technical information into understandable terms to a variety of audiences.
– Experience using and configuring Planview ProjectPlace
– Serve as ProjectPlace administration to setup the environment for Business PMOs; including configurations for global setting, archiving, integrations, migration / import of data
– Test ProjectPlace and Portfolio connection and recommendation on how to set up workspaces / portfolios template and flow of data
Plusses:
– Experience designing, configuring and supporting applications
– Knowledge of Project Management practices and / or systems
– Knowledge of two or more IT Systems and/or software applications
