Sr. IT Strategic Sourcing Analyst
Cleveland, OHOur F100 client located near Cleveland, OH is looking for a detail-oriented and energetic IT Strategic Sourcing Analyst for a REMOTE, 6-month contract-to-hire position.
You would be joining a transformational program that involes the implementation and integration of a 3rd party vendor HR system. You’d be reviewing and negotiating contracts (SOWs, SLAs) for the procurement of IT labor and software related to this integration.
Additional Responsibilities:
– Work with appropriate stakeholders to assist with HR Transformation vendor integrations that require contracts and statements of work.
– Work with negotiators on the team and will assist them with multiple tasks, as well as their own deals (they’ll be shown what to do)
– Leverage Excel to conduct pricing analysis, net present value of deals and other financial measures
– Perform contract submission, routing, approval, and purchase order execution in COUPA (source-to-pay tool)
Required:
– Skills in Excel – Intermediate level (familiar with formulas and VLOOKUP)
– Understands Contractual Language
– Excellent Reading Comprehension
– Understands Legal Commercial Language
– Excellent Negotiating Skills
– Organizational Skills and ability to work on multiple projects
– Listening, verbal and written communications skills with the ability to present information to internal teams
– Experience with COUPA (In lieu of experience with Coupa, familiarity with other source to pay tools (i.e. SAP Ariba, etc)
– Experience with contract review and redlining
