Organizational Change Management Analyst (AI)

Our direct, F100 client is looking for a remote Organizational Change Management Analyst to join their organization on an extendable, 12-month contract position Qualified candidates will have a strong organizational change management background, and will specifically have experience implementing these skills for an organization undergoing AI transformations. This is a remote position but will follow an ET schedule.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

– Conducts thorough assessments to understand, identify, and determine the impact of the proposed changes.

– Collaborates with key stakeholders, and sponsors as needed, to develop change management strategies and plans that align with the organization’s goals and objectives including defining the scope, objectives, and timelines for the change initiatives.

– Creates detailed change management plans, outlining the activities, resources, and milestones required for successful change implementation including coordinating and facilitating change management activities (training sessions, workshops, communication campaigns, etc.).

– Implements change management strategies and communication plans, ensuring that activities are executed effectively and in a timely manner. This may involve coordinating and facilitating change activities such as communication campaigns, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement efforts.

– Engages with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, managers, and employees, to gain their support and commitment to the change initiatives by building relationships and effectively communicating the benefits and impacts of the changes.

– Develops and delivers clear and effective communication to ensure that all stakeholders are informed about the changes, their purpose, and the expected outcomes.

– Designs and delivers change management training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to the changes and partners with specific teams who specialize in Communications, Training, Project Management, etc. to ensure the technical and/or behavioral training is effective and can be reinforced.

– Monitors the progress of change initiatives, identifies potential risks and issues, and evaluates the effectiveness of the change management strategies, making recommendations for improvement where appropriate.

– Documents change management activities, progress, and outcomes. Generates change and implementation plans and presenting past examples/learnings to stakeholders and project teams, highlighting key insights and recommendations for further action. Raises awareness when initiatives overlap or fall under a larger Organizational Change Mgmt plan.

– Serves as a Subject Matter Expert on industry best practices and emerging trends in change management. Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement in change management processes and methodologies; shares knowledge and insights with colleagues and contributes to the development of organizational change management capabilities.

– Partners with leaders and project team members to successfully rollout and reinforce change.

Required:

– Experienced practitioner who has executed OCM activities for large, complex initiatives (enterprise or multi team scale), not a consulting only role.

– Experience leading focus groups and working sessions, synthesizing qualitative input, and translating insights into actionable OCM deliverables.

– Experience with Mural tool (for facilitation and analysis)

– Experience with M365 CoPilot; as they ll be using it to craft OCM artifacts

– Experience developing OCM plans and roadmaps aligned to rollout milestones; as they ll partner closely with the Project Manager (PM), providing people readiness insight while PM retains delivery ownership.

– Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with others at all levels within the organization, including senior management and executives.

– Strong planning, prioritizing and organizational skills.

– Strong negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to work with others to reach mutually agreed upon solutions.

– Ability to work with and protect highly confidential information.

– Proficient computer skills, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
