IT Project Manager (Duck Creek)
Fully RemoteThis 12 month contract role supports a Fortune 100 client as an IT Associate Project Manager Lead. You will guide a Duck Creek Manuscript refactor effort and help move the policy system toward Duck Creek OnDemand. The role needs someone who can manage project plans, timelines, risks, and quality while working with technical teams and stakeholders. You will help remove legacy Duck Creek customizations and align the solution with out-of-the-box capabilities. This is a remote position but candidates must live and work in the 48 contiguous states and be willing to work ET hours.

Required:
– Strong working knowledge of Duck Creek Policy system configuration, workflows, and integrations
– In-depth experience with Duck Creek Manuscripts and customization capabilities
– Hands-on experience migrating to Duck Creek OnDemand
– Experience removing legacy customizations while preserving business processes
– Experience managing complex IT projects using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
– Ability to use project management tools and maintain schedules, risks, and deliverables
Plusses:
– Experience with Duck Creek configuration tools
– Experience with Duck Creek integration points
– Knowledge of policy administration systems
– Project management certification, such as PMP or CSM
– Experience supporting testing efforts
