Organizational Change Management Analyst (IT Strategy)

Our direct, F100 client is looking for a remote Change Management Analyst to join their organization on an extendable, 8-month contract position Qualified candidates will have a strong organizational change management background, as well as experience implementing improvements to change management processes and managing organizational change initiatives for said new processes. This is a remote position but will follow an ET schedule.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

– Develop and execute change strategies and plans aligned to IT Strategy initiatives, including methodology, governance, and success measures.

– Conduct stakeholder mapping, impact assessments, and readiness activities related to strategy shifts (e.g., governance, prioritization, funding, operating models).

– Lead strategy focused communication planning and delivery, including leadership talking points, FAQs, and role based messaging.

– Define and curate OCM standards, templates, and guidance to support consistent IT strategy execution across portfolios and PMOs.

– Partner with IT Strategy leadership to clarify roles, decision rights, and expectations, reducing confusion and resistance.

– Support leaders through transitions by coaching, advising, and constructively challenging assumptions.

– Track and report adoption and readiness indicators tied to strategy execution.

– Conduct post implementation reviews to assess strategy adoption, effectiveness, and sustainability.

– Act as an escalation point for strategy related change risks and alignment issues.

Required:

– Proven experience applying Organizational Change Management methodologies at a strategic or enterprise level.

– Strong executive level communication and facilitation skills.

– Demonstrated ability to influence across functions and leadership layers.

– Strong planning and execution skills in complex, enterprise environments.

– Analytical ability to assess adoption risk and organizational readiness.
