Business Systems Consultant (Exterro)
Fully RemoteOur Fortune 100 client has a fully REMOTE opening for a Lead Business Systems Consultant on an 12-month contract with the possibility for extensions. In your role, you would serve as the lead consultant and primary Exterro expert for their Forensics & eDiscovery environment, helping to drive platform support, operational maturity, cross-functional initiatives, and strategic improvements across Legal Systems. Please note that while this is a fully remote opening, all work must be performed from within the US and will generally follow an ET schedule.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
– Act as a liaison between Business and IT teams
– Help define and implement best practices
– Support product releases and enhancements
– Manage and prioritize backlogs
– Lead or support strategic initiatives
– Serve in a consulting/advisory capacity for the business

Required:
– Understands Exterro and the Legal Technology ecosystem
– Has hands-on System Admin experience
– Can translate business needs into technical solutions
– Is comfortable influencing stakeholders across Business and IT
– Has experience with E-Discovery, legal holds, and collections processes
– Thrives in a consultative, initiative-driven environment.
