Fully RemoteOur Fortune 100 client is looking for a Business Systems Consultant to lead business system application process improvements and system enhancements on their ServiceNow platform. This resource will serve as an SME between vendors, business areas, IT, etc. for projects and implementations. The ideal candidate will be well versed/experienced with HR Service Delivery, Employee Center Pro, and Knowledge Management modules. This is a great long-term opportunity 12 months and fully remote, but candidates must live and work in the contiguous 48 states and follow an EST work schedule

Required:
– ServiceNow projects- implementations, enhancements, etc.
– Subject Matter Expertise in various ServiceNow modules including HRSD, Employee Center Pro, Knowledge Management
– Business analysis- Requirements gathering, writing and defining technical requirements
– Ability to perform light configurations
