Lead Communications Specialist (PMO)
Fully RemoteOur direct, F100 client is looking for a lead-level Communications Specialist to join their HR Solutions Program Management Office (PMO). Qualified candidates will have extensive experience developing and distributing internal communications within a large enterprise PMO environment (i.e. project status updates, executive-level reports, change documentation, etc). This is a 24-month contract position that can be performed remotely but must follow an ET schedule (approx. 8am – 5pm ET)
Day to day responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain PMO communication plans.
– Create and distribute updates on project status, milestones, and risks.
– Create and manage internal PMO newsletters, dashboards, and intranet content.
– Facilitate communication between PMO leadership, project managers, and stakeholders.
Required:
– MUST have Medium to large company experience ranging from at least 5K-10K+
– TECH SKILLS: MS, Word & PowerPoint
– Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
– Comfortable with C-suite leaders
– Experience with large scale implementations
