Lead Communications Specialist (Workday)
Fully RemoteOur direct, F100 client is looking for a lead-level Communications Specialist to join their Corporate HR Solutions organization. Qualified candidates will have extensive experience developing and implementing internal communication plans and deliverables for large-scale technology implementations and transformation (specifically, Workday). This is a 12-month contract position that can be performed remotely but must follow an ET schedule (approx. 8am – 5pm ET)
Day to day responsibilities:
– Develops and implements effective communication approaches, including measuring outcomes, and making recommendations.
– Serves as communications point of contact to consult, plan, and execute planned communications.
– Provides turn-key service and direction to maintain a consistent brand/voice/look for the project and consistency of AP style usage.
– Prepares and publishes a full spectrum of communications for target audiences, internal and external, as needed (presentations, web content, videos, brochures, speeches, etc.)
– Provides creative concepts (i.e. campaign themes, headlines, packaging) and meeting coordination.
– Determines best communication tools to deliver various messages and oversees online content strategy direction and deliverables as needed.
Required:
– MS Office; comfortable using MS Teams
– Experience creating communications for large, broad audiences/personas
– Experience creating presentation materials for executive audiences (townhalls, talking points, scripts for executives; executive briefing packets)
– Experience creating communications for large technology implementations (specifically Workday)
