IT Quality Assurance Analyst Sr.
CLE, OHWe are seeking a Senior IT Quality Assurance Analyst for a contract role with a Fortune 100 client. This remote position supports software testing efforts for applications and systems, with a strong focus on functional, regression, and integration testing. You will create test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test data, while helping identify defects and support resolution. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Agile Scrum, API testing, SQL data validation, and Azure DevOps. Any P&C insurance industry experience is a plus. The role is open to fully remote but candidates but must be willing to work ET hours within the contiguous United States.

Required:
– Strong hands-on experience in functional, regression, and integration testing
– Experience creating test plans, test cases, and test documentation
– Proven ability to work in Agile environments (Scrum)
– Solid understanding of risk-based testing techniques
– Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman or similar)
– Ability to perform data validation using SQL or similar tools
– Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps or similar)
– Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
– Proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO) for test management, execution, and defect tracking
– Quick learner with strong attention to detail
Plusses:
– Experience testing Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance and Data Lineage applications.
