Senior AWS Developer (C#)
CLE, OHOur Fortune 100 direct client is hiring for a talented C# Developer with strong experience working with AWS services. You would be designing and coding in a variety of technologies supporting backend, APIs and Cloud systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in developement with C# as well as strong understanding of AWS infrastructure (S3, Lambdas, EC2, etc) and Terraform. This team works in an Agile Scrum environment and uses Azure DevOps (AZDO) to plan and manage delivery. A key responsibility will be designing, building, and supporting a high-volume telemetry data processing pipeline for IoT devices in AWS. The solution may include services such as S3, SQS, Lambda, and DynamoDB. This would be a fully remote position.

Required:
– Proven experience with AWS services such as S3, SQS, SNS, API Gateway, and Lambda
– C#/.NET development of Web services, APIs, Web applications
– Experience using Git with Visual Studio
– Experience using the browser to Clone Git repos to your local machine.
– Experience using Visual Studio to Pull updates, create local branches, commit changes, Push local branch to the origin.
– Experience using the browser to create a Pull request and assign code reviewers.
– Know the concept of Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
– Excellent communication skills listening, verbal and written
– Excellent organization skills with the ability to work on multiple projects and/or assignment simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities
– Strong leadership skills
– Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with others to establish common goals
Plusses:
– Experience using Terraform for infrastructure as code development
– Experience working with DynamoDB tables
– Experience working with Kinesis Firehose
– Experience working with Angular UIs
– Prior use of REST, SoapUI, and/or Postman
– Property & Casualty Insurance Knowledge
– Knowledge of Agile/SCRUM and DevOps methodologies
