Organizational Change Management Analyst (AI)
Fully RemoteOur direct, F100 client is looking for a remote Organizational Change Management Analyst to join their organization on an extendable, 6-month contract position. You will specifically be joining an AI adoption effort and will be supporting those efforts from an OCM perspective. Qualified candidates will have a strong organizational change management background, as well as experience implementing improvements to change management processes and managing organizational change initiatives for said new processes. This is a remote position but will follow an ET schedule.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
– Execute and refine OCM plans for GEN AI initiatives
– Drive stakeholder readiness, adoption, and behavior change
– Develop and deliver clear, consistent communications
– Engage and influence stakeholders across a matrixed organization
– Support training and scalable enablement models (e.g., champions)
– Identify and mitigate adoption risks and resistance
– Contribute to adoption metrics (usage, engagement, behavior change)
Required:
– 5+ years of OCM experience supporting technology or digital initiatives
– Strong communication skills; ability to simplify complex topics
– Proven stakeholder engagement and influence skills
– Experience driving adoption in fast-paced, evolving environments
– Ability to assess change impacts and manage adoption risks
Plusses:
– Experience with AI, data, or emerging technology initiatives
– Experience in large programs or multi-project environments
– Experience developing communications and training materials
