Planview Business Systems Analyst
Fully RemoteOur Fortune 100 client, in the midst of a Planview implementation is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to support this initiative. You will help define and document complex system requirements, scope, and objectives for enterprise initiatives. The work centers on bridging business and technology teams, identifying gaps between current tools and new system configurations, and helping shape solutions that improve operations. You will lead discussions, gather and organize requirements, and support delivery using Agile methods and standard lifecycle tools. This role requires strong communication, analysis, and facilitation skills, along with hands-on experience with Planview Portfolio implementations and related tools. Candidates must be able to work ET hours and attend meetings on video.

Required:
– 4+ years of requirements gathering or systems experience
– Experience with Planview Portfolio implementations
– Experience with Planview AgilePlace and ProjectPlace
– Experience using connectors with Planview Portfolios
– Experience with Agile techniques and software development methodologies
– Experience with process mapping and documentation tools
– Experience with data mapping and system integration or migration
Plusses:
– Experience with Mural
– Experience with Visio
– Experience in workflow design
– Experience in SDLC management tools
