UI/UX Developer – Fully Remote

Required:

– User Interface and User Experience expertise

– Strong understanding of designing for AI-driven systems (predictive ML + generative AI)

– Experience designing explainable, data-driven, and conversational user experiences

– Soft skills working with developers

– Experience with a data focused organization

– Understanding how system prompts shape AI personas, behavior, and output boundaries.

– Designing Trust & Control: Creating interfaces that explain why an AI made a decision, providing clear rollback/undo mechanisms, and letting users guide the model’s parameters.

Plusses:

– Experience using Snowflake data is a huge bonus, and Streamlit framework
